I’ve had my Keurig brewer over a year, and the only problem I’ve ever had with it is the primer not filling properly with water, which has to do with the seal around the water container being too air tight for the system to siphon water into the brewer from the container. There is a simple fix for this – just leave the lid slightly cracked if it is one of the containers that keeps the water too tightly sealed.
