Reviewer Comments:

• Previous versions of this have had a lot of problems with the drawers sticking and not pulling out correctly. Other problems have been that not all K-Cups are exactly the same size, so some of them stuck prior to this and prevented the drawer from opening.
• There are some limited problems still mentioned with this in Amazon reviewer posts, but 80% of the reviewer comments say that they are no longer having this problem on this newest model.
